International Academy of Biological Dentistry & Medicine
Use this directory to find a biological dentist who can help you uncover oral contributors to your illness. Make sure to interview them and see if they are a good fit, and well-versed in the issues you believe need to be addressed.
The Institute for Functional Medicine
Use this directory to find a functional medicine practitioner who is trained to find and treat the root causes of your condition, unlike most doctors in the allopathic care model. Make sure to take advantage of a free consultation call so you can assess if they are well-versed in your specific conditions/symptoms, and feel like a good fit.
A naturopath, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner, Ayurvedic practitioner, or holistic/integrative practitioner may also be a great fit for you, and acupuncturists, herbalists, therapists, somatic healers, chiropractors, nutritionists, coaches, and others can also be valuable members of your team! While many of these modalities are expensive and not covered by insurance, there can be affordable options – such as community acupuncture. For more support in finding the right health professional(s) for you, building a supportive care team, and stretching limited resources, consider booking a 1:1 session.
